When you see evil do not form ideas that are in the likeness of that evil; do not think of the evil as bad, but try to understand the forces that are back of that evil— forces that are good in themselves, though misdirected in their present state. By trying to understand the nature of the power that is back of evil or adversity, you will not form bad ideas, and therefore will feel no bad effects from experiences that may seem undesirable. At the same time, you will think your own thought about the experiences, thereby developing the power of the master mind.

When I was researching the book Toxic Electricity, I would see biological reactions for up to a week afterwards. They are typically strong in the first day or two after the electromagnetic field (EMF) exposures and tail off as the week goes on. I would feel fine during the EMF exposures and start seeing weird health effects usually during sleep that night. Extended time around high voltage power lines & power poles were the worst for provoking reactions, followed by wifi and transmitting utility meters.

There's a power I only feel when I'm with Isaiah. A boldness I've never possessed in my life. Never in a million years would I have imagined I'd be the girl who'd say she was falling fast for a boy before he did. Never in a million years did I think I'd be lying in bed with a totally ripped guy that has his shirt off. But Isaiah has this effect on me. He makes me feel stronger than I really am.

I inadvertently had a very high dose of environmental transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) when commissioning a very high powered utility electronic power plant and I can assure you that it can do very strange things to your thinking and the effects last a very long time!

Deeds need time, even after they are done, in order to be seen or heard.

A skillful literary artist has constructed a tale. If wise, he has not fashioned his thoughts to accommodate his incidents; but having conceived, with deliberate care, a certain unique or single effect to be wrought out, he then invents as may best aid him in establishing this preconceived effect. If his very initial sentence tend not to the outbringing of this effect, then he has failed in his first step. In the whole composition there should be no words written, of which the tendency, direct or indirect, is not to the one pre-established design. And by such means, with such care and skill, a picture is at length painted which leaves in the mind of him who contemplates it with a kindred art, a sense of the fullest satisfaction. The idea of the tale has been presented unblemished because undisturbed: and this is an end unattainable by the novel. Undue brevity is just as exceptionable here as in the poem; but undue length is yet more to be avoided.

Words rich in meaning can be cheap in sound effects.

Never become proud within yourself when you are seen as the one to cause that great effect. Never become timid if you know you can while others dare to prove otherwise! Mind your business and make the strike.

Mind you, the effectiveness of one hunter's gun does not determine the number of bush meats the other hunter will kill. You got to be yourself. Be you.

Those vibrations that we created have indeed fall upon us. Only those acts that were done in the ignorant (Self unawareness) state, that has given us reactions.

If the fruit (of your effort) is to your expectations, it is the effect (prarabdha, result) of your merit karma [punya karma], if it is not to your expectation, then it is the effect of your demerit karma [paap karma].

This world has been changing from time immemorial. But because it is —round— (subject to cycle of cause-effect), one cannot find an end to it.

Don't speak of action [effect]. Don't serve the action [effect]. It is a result. But serve the causes [do the causes]. Nothing will be achieved unless you serve the cause.

Attachment-abhorrence is an —effect' and ignorance (of the self) is the —cause'!

The mind-speech-body's atoms [indivisible part of matter] are —effective'. What does the [spiritual] —science' say? Why do you experience the —effect'? You just have to —know' the —effect'.

In saying the word "Sachchidanand' [sat-chit-anand, eternal knowledge and vision leading to bliss], it has great "effect'. There is an —effect' even when it is said without the understanding [of it's meaning]. When it is said with the understanding, there is tremendous benefit. Saying these words produces vibrations and everything churns. Everything is —Scientific'.
