I've learned that in order to effectively and genuinely Change for the better.#1. Must want to change. (Grow)#2. Know who we are now relative to who we want to be.#3. Paradoxically we must except who we are in the present moment. (You are worthy right now, you are just searching for a higher a 'self')#4. Know that True change comes from within the mind. To the much deeper 'self' feelings and emotions.#5. Make no drastic changes, but focus simply on making small ones within the present moment.Sincerely,My present self.
