It's amazing to me that Lisa Sugar started PopSugar from her own living room while still working a full-time job and has turned it into a media empire. Lisa is smart, funny, topical and inspiring; she's everything a great leader should be.

The media doesn't really help you. Today, they are talking about me. Tomorrow, they will talk about someone else. There is always something or somebody who is topical.
